So I waited in the waiting room with my toddler NEEDLESSLY. 4 years ago Went in for a glucose blood test that takes an hour and I signed in way before 1 hour before closing (which was at noon on a Saturday) and I wasn’t called to get my initial blood draw until 11:17 and was told that they couldn’t do lab because it takes an hour and they close at noon. I spoke with QTCM who handled the appointments for those going through the medical board, and quest diagnostics did not return their calls or emailsģ) virtual check-in tablet had poor user interface… after my information not being in the virtual check-in database I tried doing a walk-in, which the option was hidden in the help menu instead of being on the front screen… this could be improved by adding this option to the front screen, IE select either 1) check-in for scheduled appointment, 2) walk-in, or 3) schedule future appointmentġTiffany V.

I showed up for an appointment that was paid for but didn’t exist in their system. No one up front to assist customersĢ) veterans/active duty, I was here for an appointment for my medical board and despite having the bill and paperwork on hand for the appointment paid for by the VA, quest had done processed by appointment. 1) no one working front desk, just some dude sitting on a computer down the hallway.
